This was my dinner today. A portion of MyKuali Penang White Curry Noodles with a couple of homemade yong tau foo and pork meatballs to spicy up the rather normal-looking instant noodles.
My thoughts about this highly sought after instant noodle brand? It definitely has the kick given the fiery colour. The broth is adequately rich (thanks to the packet of non-dairy creamer) and the chilli paste does its job pretty well; the burn behind the throat after each sip. The noodles are slightly different and thicker but cooked easily. Despite all that, I find that the broth lack of salt. Maybe it’s just me and my slightly heavier taste buds. I’d add 1/3 teaspoon of salt into my portion for a better taste.
